Instructions:
For the next 24 hours, keep a tiny notebook or notes app open.
Every hour, jot down: "Where was my attention just now?"
Without judgment. Just observe.
After 24 hours, map where your attention flowed:
Was it directed toward your goals, magic, creativity?
Was it hijacked by distraction, anxiety, consumption?

Integration
Choose ONE small ritual this week where you practice full, undivided attention — even just for 3 minutes.
For example, Sheena likes to meditate with her cup of coffee, appreciating the smell, taste and experience of drinking the coffee
Live Invitation: What ritual will you give your full undivided attention too? This can be as simple as brushing your teeth, but it needs to be an activity you can devote your attention to as an act of reclamation and magical power.
